It’s time for the Bradford West Gwillimbury Real Estate Report for the month of February 2020.

58 Homes sold in Bradford in February up from February 2019 when only 46 Homes sold. We’re also seeing an increase over the previous month of January when 44 Homes sold. The really telling information is the number of active homes available on the market during this time. Only 54 homes were active last month in Bradford while 151 Homes were on the market at the same time last year. That’s a much lower inventory and higher percentage that actually sold. The average price across all homes sold also went up to $761,928 from $682,663 in February 2019 and is also up from $730,625 from last month. Put simply, Bradford West Gwillimbury housing inventory is very low, and with the bank of Canada announcing an interest rate cut of half a point just this morning, prices are climbing and now is a great time to sell if you’re considering making a move this year. Depending on where you are in the market will really determine the best strategy you should use. Call me to discuss your best options for selling or buying in this market.
