When you sell your home with me, you really get me. You’ll never be handed off to a real estate agent you don’t know; I’m full-time and fully available to my clients. I get to know them and their homes well to provide them with a personalized process. From holding open houses to negotiating at the closing table, I’ll be with you every step of the way.


I know what it takes to help first-timers and young families sell their homes here because I’ve been in their shoes. I’ve been working, living, and raising a family in this area for more than seven years, and have gained a firsthand knowledge of the local real estate market and community. I have served three years on the Board of Directors at the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce and am the Chairman of the Newmarket Young Professionals Group.

Here’s what selling your home looks like with me:

First off, we’ll meet and determine what kind of work needs to be done to the home to get it ready to list (if any). I can advise you on necessary projects and recommend local professionals such as stagers or repairmen to help.

Once the house is ready to go, we’ll prepare the marketing. High-quality photography, video, walk-through tours, feature sheets, detailed floorplans, and more will be included in the marketing materials.

I’ll go door-to-door throughout the neighbourhood to invite your neighbours to an exclusive open house before your home is listed on the MLS. The neighbours usually have a friend or family member who’s interested in the neighbourhood, and this will help create a bigger buzz around your listing.

After it’s listed on the MLS, we’ll hold showings and public open houses to attract even more prospective buyers. We’ll be in constant communication throughout this entire process, and I’ll provide you with feedback from buyers and agent showings.

We’ll discuss and implement a strategy for accepting offers, and meet at my office for offer presentations. I’ll review each offer with you, and negotiate on your behalf to get you the highest return on your investment. Within 24 hours of offer acceptance, we’ll acquire the deposit and hold it in trust.

I’ll ensure that all conditions are followed and met in a timely manner and will continue to take care of your needs, from determining storage options to finding a reliable moving company. After the deal is firmed up, your home will be sold! If you ever have questions–even long after your move–I’ll be here to help.
